Our Dietitian
Alice Meroni
BSc, MSc, MNut&Diet, APD
Alice Meroni (Ali) is an APD graduating from The University of Sydney. She is a registered member of Dietitians Australians (DA), which is the national peak body of dietitians, and of Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA). Having worked in both research and clinical settings, Ali is highly skilled in communicating the science behind nutrition in simple and applicable ways. She takes the time to listen to her clients and enjoys working with them towards individualised plans with the aim to elevate their nutrition, health and physical activity.
Ali has a special interest in Sports Nutrition, which she developed early on during her sports career as a gymnast and pole vaulter. She also particularly likes helping clients to reduce their risk and progression to chronic conditions, including Heart Disease, Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome.
Before moving permanently to Sydney, Ali was born and raised in Monza (Italy), home of the Formula One Italian Grand Prix. As a true Italian, she loves ‘all things food’ but has a soft spot for the flavours of the Mediterranean. Outside of work, you may see Ali running around Sydney Harbour, stand-up paddle boarding in Pittwater or enjoying a good cappuccino in the sunshine.
